To be perfectly honest, I don't understand why it takes an hour and a half for a simple oil change. I had an appointment for 9:45. It was an hour and a half before the work was completed. Also I'm not enthusiastic about all communication being by cell phone. After I completed the approval of the recommendations, there is no "Thanks you're all set" message back. I never knew whether the work was in progress. More

The customer service at this dealership is pretty good, especially the sales team. The lobby wait time for new car buyers is something that can still be improved. Also, picking up a customer from their hom especially the sales team. The lobby wait time for new car buyers is something that can still be improved.
