I was initially upset. I called several times over two weeks to schedule service and never reached anyone but left 2 messages on VM and never got a call back. I ended up d I called several times over two weeks to schedule service and never reached anyone but left 2 messages on VM and never got a call back. I ended up driving from homewood to med center to personally talk with someone to schedule service since I could not reach anyone by phone. I was a bit mad and spoke with the first person I saw. Tyler who was the brunt of my anger. He took care of my concern and scheduled my maintenance appt.and handled everything very professionally. I apologized about being upset. I travel a lot and it’s much easier for me to be able to handle setting appointments by phone rather than find time to drive to the dealership to talk a person One of the messages I left was when I was transferred to the scheduler. Ther person who transferd call said she would call me back if she wasn’t there. I waited the rest of the day and never heard back. She did call the next day because she said was off the day I called which is absolutely fine, but what why I told she was there. I would just like to know the appropriate number I need to call to talk with someone rather than leave any more messages. Thank you. More

Everyone was friendly. Dwayne greeted me with a smile, was kind and knowledgeable. He used what I call " soft " sell. He wasn't pushy at all.
