My recent service appointment with Medical Center Mazda was a good experience. I would suggest that once you reach the service area that someone will acknowledge you. I got out of my vehicle to let the fro was a good experience. I would suggest that once you reach the service area that someone will acknowledge you. I got out of my vehicle to let the front desk rep know I was there for my appointment. The wait time was reasonable and I loved that the technician showed the short video in detail. Our car was there for an oil leak on the engine. Was covered by warranty. I was happy until 4 days later we discovered they did not put any oil in after they repaired the leak.
