Our apologies for any confusion that may have occurred during your visit with us here at Mears Nissan. I spoke with our Service Manager and he verified that the Coupon does state that the $200 amount is a "pre tax amount". Your pre tax amount was $187.51 (after tax is the $199.70 you are referring to.) So here is where things can get tricky and I'm not sure what was all discussed at the time of your bill being paid. Maybe we could have fudged the numbers (which I hope you can completely understand we would not do...) or possibly offered to upgrade your wiper blades or another service etc... which in return would get you over the $200 mark and then your coupon would have been valid. If we were not clear about any of this, again we do offer our sincere apologies. If you feel like we need to discuss this matter further please do not hesitate to give me a call here at the Dealership at your convenience.
