Mike, We are very sorry for the billing mix up during your recent service work. The service adviser that created the original quote was off on the day the work was completed. The service adviser that checked you out is new with us and did not realize the quote was off in our system. As for your car not being cleaned, we are currently working through that issue. We have no car wash on site. However, we still should have at least sprayed the car off for you. We would like to offer to have your car professionally detailed for the inconvenience to you. We will provide you with a vehicle to use while the detail is being done. Also, if you would be willing to give us another try for your next oil change, we will take care of the cost.
