Great experience during a bad time the Dealership was a huge help. My husband and daughter were in a head on collision that totaled our car. My husband was facing corrective surgery sch the Dealership was a huge help. My husband and daughter were in a head on collision that totaled our car. My husband was facing corrective surgery scheduled for later in the week. We needed to buy a car ASAP . I asked my 18 year old daughter to go out and look at cars while I was at work and her dad was unable to go walk around car lots and test drive cars. Mears was the only lot where the salesman took her seriously. Glenn and Marcus spoke to her with respect and gave her information to bring home so my husband could review the cars she had found. When we went in later that evening, they both remembered her name and what cars she looked at. They helped my husband get around the showroom and they stayed late to complete the sale. I am very impressed by the whole experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
