Sensor replacements Had issues with my 2007 Nissan Frontier. Hard starting when cold, after warm up would cut out at 2000 / 2500 rpm. First thought it was a transmission Had issues with my 2007 Nissan Frontier. Hard starting when cold, after warm up would cut out at 2000 / 2500 rpm. First thought it was a transmission problem and mass air. Had transmission checked elsewhere and wasn't the problem. Took it to Mears to diagnosis the problem. They checked and it was a temperature sensor which was causing both problems. Quote for replacement was very reasonable. While they had it in, quoted me on replacement of the gas gauge sensor which had been out for more than two years. I had other dealers and shops quote it and Mears was at least $150 less than any of them. They did the work, had the truck back to me in a reasonable amount of time and the overall cost ended up being just over $100 LESS than the quote!!! They've earned my future business for my truck!!! More

Routine Rogue Service I was able to schedule a near-term service appointment, two business days after calling. The service appointment (primarily an oil change) was fast... I was able to schedule a near-term service appointment, two business days after calling. The service appointment (primarily an oil change) was fast....about the same amount of time as a "drive-thru" oil change would have taken....but much more comfortable than sitting in a car in a service bay. All of the Mears representatives were friendly and eager to make sure that I had water/coffee/etc. Very nice hospitality. More
