Very nice experience Christian greeted me while I was still in my car as soon as I pulled into the lot for my regular service. He told me what services would be performed Christian greeted me while I was still in my car as soon as I pulled into the lot for my regular service. He told me what services would be performed that day. The list matched what I had requested online when I made the appointment. Then he escorted me to the waiting area and showed me where to access complimentary beverages. I looked at new cars in the showroom while the service was being performed. A salesperson asked if I had any questions but did not pressure me in any way. The service was performed surprisingly quickly and when my car was ready, Christian summarized what had been done and reviewed a maintenance check list with me. The total cost was the same as the amount that had been provided online when I made the appointment. All in all, this was a very positive experience. More
