Friendly dealer, but horrible finance management Small local dealership with variety of vehicles, but finance team made it very difficult to make a deal that worked within my budget. Treated me as if I did not know anything about purchasing a new vehicle. Have purchased many in the past from various dealers in Ohio. I had to look into my own finance options. Mears finance team did not look into all possibilities to get payment affordable for my budget until I found a better option and asked for their input. If I would not have looked into my own finance option I would not have left with a new vehicle that day. Overall, because of the lack of respect from the finance team I do not recommend this dealership. More
