Just in for an oil change, tire rotation, check out engine I give Mears Nissan a 5-star because I believe the Salespeople, Managers, and Service Department individuals truly care about their customers and what I give Mears Nissan a 5-star because I believe the Salespeople, Managers, and Service Department individuals truly care about their customers and what their needs are and are able to achieve those needs and goals of the customer. I have had four Nissan's, two Altima's, a Rogue SL, and now I drive a Murano Platinum AWD. I absolutely love it, I feel the price I paid was reasonable and within my budget, no pressure at all to buy or lease, and the salespeople are very patient, take their time, explain and answer all your questions you may have. Believe me, I take my time and I have a lot of questions. I am big on professionalism, no hard pressure, the customer ALWAYS comes first and is ALWAYS right. I spent 15 years in retail myself, not selling cars, but I do understand and respect each and every customer that walked through the door. Do your best to satisfy and locate what the customer wants (that means LISTEN TO THEIR NEEDS) and you must have the ability to do that and overcome any objections the customer may have. I have been very pleased with Mears, (formerly Waikem), and I will continue to follow them and stick with my Nissan vehicles, whichever one it may be. I have also stayed with my previous Salesman, Derek Barto, and before him Dustin McVicker, who is now in the Finance aspect of the business. I was never so impressed when I purchased my new 2013 Altima and Dustin spent approximately two hours going over everything, not that I would remember, but I was very impressed that he took the time to do so. You don't see that very often at all. Derek is very good at spending time too, as well as any of the salesmen are always nice, they greet you, and are willing to help out when you walk in the door. Thank you to Mears Dealership, give those guys a raise, they do a great job!! I'll continue to do business with Mears Nissan and Thank you ALL for your assistance, guidance, and all around a pleasant experience. More

Great experience It was a great experience as soon as we were greeted at the door by Darby who put us in the care of Andrew. He walked us through the whole experience and answered any questions we had. The hardest part of the whole experience was picking a color. We decided to lease a 2019 Nissan Rogue in grey.
