undisclosed issues with vehicle... Promised floor mats when car was purchased and was given cheap universal floor mats that don't even fit my Nissan Frontier. I think they went to Dolla Promised floor mats when car was purchased and was given cheap universal floor mats that don't even fit my Nissan Frontier. I think they went to Dollar store and bought them! Undisclosed issues with truck bed that was covered up. Missing underbody panels that I had asked about and was told they are not required...(LIE) Promised tow hitch with brake wiring harness and was given a four prong connection. Salesman was new, AT THE MERCY OF THE SALES/Finance MANAGER, WHO IS A CROOK, and I am sorry he has to be associated with evil people. More

Issues with service 2X I had two negative experiences with the service department. The first cost me 400 dollars after my extended warranty was suppose to cover the cost. I had two negative experiences with the service department. The first cost me 400 dollars after my extended warranty was suppose to cover the cost. The dealership did not communicate with me properly and ordered the 400 dollar part without my approval, then installed it. The second occurred with a recall of my abs. That was not the issue. The technician completed a rear brake inspection without my approval and did not tighten my lug nuts. My wheel almost came off and I lost a lug nut on the highway. More
