Took to long Car dropped off Wed 8/22. No call 8/23. Called 8/24 hadn’t looked at car. Later 8/24 said needed a/c compressor. Had to order said would be in 8/28. D Car dropped off Wed 8/22. I live about 190 miles away from this dealer and if I didn't get caught in a traffic delay, I would have driven all the way for NOTHING. I called them when I was waiting in traffic to let them know I may be a little late because of the road construction. The service guy I talked to on the phone said that they didn't even have my parts in stock. I thank God that I got stuck in traffic and made that phone call, I would have been a very mad person if I drove the rest of the way. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and let me know before I left. More
