This was the third vehicle purchase from Meadowland of Carmel but the first used vehicle purchase. The purchase of the 2 new cars was easy but we spent a lot of time at the dealership, almost 6 hours one Carmel but the first used vehicle purchase. Even a photocopy of your license takes 10 minutes. With this purchase it was more of the same, slow and steady. Everybody at the dealership is pleasant so it's they are not bad to deal with if you have the time. I was purchasing a used Dodge and I was told it would have a "172" point inspection. When I got there to look at the car, it was in line to be pulled into the service department so I was told I could not look inside. I noticed there is duct tape residue on the center console which the salesman didn't notice before I pointed. But the lid was on so I had concerns but it wasn't anything serious. It turned out that the lid was broken of the console so the whole console needs to be replaced. The next issue was the balance on the wheels. They told me they replaced the brake pads and shoes so they had the wheels off. But they never checked the balance on the wheels so once you got the vehicle up to highway speed there was a bad vibration. So I had to pay to get the wheels balanced. Another thing I noticed is that none of the fluids were checked or topped off. So there was no washer fluid and the coolant was a little low. After all this I would recommend them for new car purchases only. They clearing put no time of effort into their used cars so purchasing one from them is a gamble. More

I began looking around for my most recent lease and found a RAM 1500 priced right with decent options. I dealt with the after-hours online support associated with the website. The following Monday morning, Frank had the vehicle at Meadowlands ready for a test drive. About 5 hours later, the RAM 1500 was prepped and ready for delivery for me. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I dealt with Frank and Sharon who were very easy to deal with and personable. Frank introduced me to the service writers and gave me one of their cards. Being that I took delivery of the RAM after dark, Frank assured me that if I found any imperfections during the daylight, he would make it right. This year I found myself looking for a new truck. I went looking at every local dealership at every brand to make sure I bought the right truck from the right person. I found myself frustrated with so call looking at every local dealership at every brand to make sure I bought the right truck from the right person. I found myself frustrated with so called "truck salesmen" who don't know ANYTHING about the trucks on their lot. Tow ratings, capabilities, gas vs. diesel.....etc. I can't tell you how many place I went to where I knew more about the truck then they did. I stopped in a Meadowland at the end of an exhausting day of looking for a truck and found myself at Stefaan Marlow's desk. He answered EVERYTHING I had to ask. No, "I'll have to check on that...." excuses. He knew all of his trucks inside and out. No misinformation and NO B.S. Stefaan guided me though the buying experience and helped make the tough decisions when you're buying a $40,000 vehicle. He followed up and wasn't pushy; unlike the other salesmen I saw who bombarded me with voicemails saying "Hey, how can I get you back here to buy that truck thats on my lot thats the wrong color and has the wrong engine that you don't want???" Stefaan didn't give up and found the exact truck I was looking for. He went a few states away and got it for me. He made sure all the options were installed and ready to go at deliver so I could immediately start making money with it.
