I was in need of a car quickly as the car I was driving broke down. After spending all day on line researching used cars I came across a Honda pilot from meadowland. Nothing but excellence from the staff at meadowlands of Carmel. I found my 2011 silverado searching on google and sent an email inquiring about it. Being a used vehicle i was weary of the condition, but up Carmel. I found my 2011 silverado searching on google and sent an email inquiring about it. Vinny my salesman is a great asset to that dealership. Great customer service, caring and doesn't portray the traditional salesman attitude. I bought with confidence rather than feeling persuaded into the vehicle. As well as Sharon in the finance department she made the process quick and easy. A friend referred me to your dealership and Tom Healy. I had a set amount to spend, talked to Tom and he found me a car in my price range. After I totaled my car I needed to purchase a car asap. We needed to buy a car quickly, as my previous vehicle became unsafe to drive. Meadowland of Carmel was the ONLY dealer who would work with me by giving me a ballpark quote over the phone (I had all my became unsafe to drive. Meadowland of Carmel was the ONLY dealer who would work with me by giving me a ballpark quote over the phone (I had all my numbers in order). Every other dealer I called insisted that I had to come in to the dealership. Vinnie very graciously understood my problem right away, and worked up a some quotes for me within minutes, and was clever enough to offer an alternate deal that turned out to be the perfect solution. So, the dealer that was willing to work with me, got my business, and Meadowland got me into a new car, same day, start to finish, in a couple hours. Joe Hickey in finance was also able to get me some extra discounts on the financial end, bonus! And of course, the icing on the cake for my husband is that Meadowland paid for us to get some pizza next door while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. All in all, I don't think I'll ever go to another dealer...this was straight forward transaction with no games and bullsh*t that other dealers play, and that is worth its weight in gold, in my opinion.
