I have found them to be fair and reasonable and willing to work with you regarding fair value of trade ins, helping you get all your rebates, and of course patient while you may test drive several different cars. I will continue to do business there.I also want to say that I enjoyed working with Joe in finance, he really went to bat for me on my third purchase and got me a very good deal for my loan. Its this kind of extra effort that a person makes without being asked that makes me want to go back when I need another vehicle. More

But after talking with David about what I wanted in a car and my commute, he suggested I test drive a 2015 Chrysler 200 C. I was so happy with his suggestion! In the end it was a better deal then the used car I was looking into with many more options! They also worked with me on my trade in, as I was expecting more than what they originally offered. I walked out with what I wanted for my trade in, a new car and new TV. ( which was an unexpected bonus, as it was promoting I was unaware of when I went there) More

One month after posting them, I am still being harassed for it, receiving numerous e-mails from various people at the dealership. I'm certainly glad I had the sense to set up a throw-away e-mail address and not my primary one. I'm now using message filters to delete most of their e-mails continuing to harass me, but some still slip through the message rules. I'm certainly glad I did not budge and give them my phone number. That's what started the whole problem in the first place. I e-mailed Meadowland with a standard question about if a truck had a bed liner or running boards. After taking me in circles but never answering my questions, they asked for my phone number. Had I fallen for that trick, I'd still be receiving constant, dramatic, harassing phone calls -- just as I am still receiving by e-mail. I ended up having to write to GMC Corporate HQ to find out if that truck had what I was looking for. I ended up going to a nearby GMC dealer, having a vehicle relocated to said lot, and purchasing it from them... followed by 5 star reviews for what I felt was outstanding service and no-pressure tactics. Looks like a second letter to GMC is due regarding the unprofessional, erratic behavior at this dealership. Buyer beware, stay away. It's not worth the hassle. More
Bad Service Experience I left my vehicle for an oil change and when I went to pick it up the woman didn't know why it was there. They hadn't started the service because she had not talked to the woman I dropped it off with. To make matters worse, they refused to give me an inspection certificate for NY State unless they repaired an item they supposedly repaired while the car was under warranty. It would not have been so bad except for the fact that I repeatedly tried to speak with some about this matter and the salesperson I originally bought the car and the service manager did not return my calls. More
