So I took the 1/2 hr ride to Meadowland of Carmel and dealt with Phil Callaci. From start to finish a pleasant no stress experience. Although we didn't always agree he never lied or tried to mislead me as did the other 2 dealerships. I am very happy with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport 2dr. It was delivered promptly as promised with 1 minor problem that I've been assured will be taken care of and I'm confident it will be. My next purchase will certainly be from Meadowland and I suggest you give them a try. More

Mike worked diligently to find me all the rebates that applied and even stayed after hours to finish the deal. Not once did I ever feel pressured or rushed. Mike was pleasant to deal with from start to finish and always took the time to answer all my questions (and I asked allot). Mike even found a rebate after the initial sales paperwork was done that saved me an additional $15 per month on my car payment. it was after hours and he stayed with me to redo the paperwork. That right there sold me on this dealership. When a salesman is willing to go above and beyond, even after a deal is struck. Thank you! More

After evading my emails and voicemails for a week, the salesman emailed me to let me know that the dealership would not place my order unless I accepted less for my trade-in than what was agreed to when I signed the sales contract a week earlier (and the same trade in value offered to me 8 months earlier). I was then told that if I did not want to proceed with the order my deposit would be refunded to me. I opted for the refund of my deposit. A week later I did NOT get a full refund. This dealership decided to deduct $210 from my deposit as a credit card interest fee. I am currently disputing the fee through my credit card company. I would avoid this dealership More

I had an outstanding lease on another car that I did not want to return but also did not want multiple lease payments. Working with Tom over over the next few months, he was able to create a new lease offer on the Jeep that satisfied all my requests + a little more. He was always very professional and responsive to everyone of my questions and requests. While I had only a limited dealing with Joe Hickey, his professionalism and attentiveness to details were very much appreciated. More

Tristine was the go between who actually fought with an out of state insurance company to get the job done right. The insurance company would not agree to pay the cost, and in addition, wanted to use after market parts instead on Honda certified parts to replace my quarter, fender and rear bumper. In fact, Tristine convinced them my rear bumper needed replacing because initially, they were not replacing it. Persistence was the key and without it her daily communication, I am certain I would have not received the full amount from this insurance company. My car still looks great today and I recommend her professionally for any future work and to anyone looking for the most conscientious and thorough person to get the job done. More
