Excellent Experience at Meade Lexus Southfield On April 30, 2014, I leased my third Lexus GX SUV from Meade Lexus of Southfield. The price provided by Sales Manager, Joseph Rodriguez and Maste On April 30, 2014, I leased my third Lexus GX SUV from Meade Lexus of Southfield. The price provided by Sales Manager, Joseph Rodriguez and Master Sales Consultant Johnnie Dinkins was exceptional. First, Mr. Dinkins called to ask me to bring in my vehicle for inspection as the lease was coming to an end. Upon inspection, they offered to purchase my vehicle (as they had earlier in the lease) and told me that new vehicles were in route from Japan. Upon arrival, I could look at them and if I liked them I could lease for some great prices. I decided to lease a new Lexus GX 460. The new leasing and documentation was quick and seamless. My new Lexus GX 460 is my third Lexus vehicle and I've leased them all through Mr. Dinkins who is responsive, proactive, professional and personable. The financial person was also very efficient and helpful. Finally, but certainly not least Aaron Cummings thoroughly and patiently walked this very low-tech person through all of the technical/technological features of the vehicle. In fact, he stayed with me after the dealership closed and in the parking lot, walked me through navigation, Pandora, phone features and the many other bells and whistles of the new vehicle. To say I was pleased with the: (i) new, lower lease term and price; (ii) the manner in which the term and price was presented to me; (iii) the manner in which the new transaction was handled; and (iv) the technical counseling provided by Aaron -- is an understatement. Thanks to Joseph, Johnnie and Aaron. And, when ever I take my vehicles in for servicing -- Don and Greg ALWAYS take care of my vehicle and are very accommodating to my busy schedule. More

Meade Lexus is the best! I have been a customer at Meade Lexus for over 20 years. They have always been wonderful. In the past, my service consultant, Danielle LaGossa, took care of my every concern and I was very sad when she moved to manage service at a different location. Although the other service consultants are always friendly and helpful, I did not feel that personal connection as I did with Danielle, who always seemed to care that I was happy with my service. Still, Meade Lexus provides top of the line service and others who work there, such as Nancy at the refreshment center,always give me a warm welcome. This winter, I unfortunately was in an auto accident the day after our first big storm, and my car spun across the freeway, slamming into a snowbank. I immediately went to Meade Lexus once my car was towed out and Marty McAulliffe was right there to assist me. She did a phenomenal job of communicating with the insurance company to make sure all of the repairs that needed to be made were covered. Then, when I had a slight problem with a door that wasn't quite fitted properly after I picked up the car, I let Marty know. She immediately arranged for me to have a Lexus loaner, which they delivered to my home and picked up my car. The issue was promptly resolved and my car returned to me, a day or two later. About a month later a stone hit my vehicle on the expressway, cracking the windshield. The technician (from Safelite autoglass) who replaced my windshield dropped his equipment on the hood of my car, damaging it. I went back to Lexus, and Marty immediately got the estimate written up and had the rental car waiting for me when I dropped my car off. She has been so awesome that I've scarcely noticed not having the car - she has made the transition so smooth. It means a lot to me to feel that the people I work with care about me, Marty rocks! She exemplifies why Meade Lexus is the best dealer in the state! I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. More
