I find the dealership to be a warm and friendly place to visit. The decor and amenities are great in the waiting room. The people at the concierge desk always recognize me when I go into the dealership and offer coffee etc. I never feel out of place there, and the sales people are very informative and helpful. The service department is professional and courteous, as well as accomodating. I have gone to to other dealerships in the past, when purchasing other vehicles, but the service at other places is not up to par, and the sales people could care less about whether I buy a car or not? Meade Lexus of Southfield is impeccable with their service and their sales people. I don't like other dealerships. Karen Klaassen has been my sales person for about 10 years. She is very knowledgeable about all of the Lexus products. She listens to what I want in a car and goes out of her way to accomodate me. Karen follows up with phone calls, and when I take delievery on a new Lexus she assists in going over the new featurres on the vehicle. I have come to rely on her expertise and honesty. I would recommend her to my friends and family. More
