We meet with Eric, the Floor Manage who put us int the hands of David Israilov. How lucky we were to get such an experienced and helpful sales person. He was extremely knowledgable and answered all our questions. He gave me great advice as to which vehicle to choose. Never did I feel hurried or pushed into making any decision. David was a great example of the excellence of the Lexus Dealership and it was because of him that it was easy to make our decision and go with another Lexus RX 350 from Meade I guess you can buy a car at any dealership but it is the personal attention that David gave us that made the difference. My Great Experience at the Lexus of Southfield As I was looking for a Lexus Rx certified preowned, I met Michail at the Lexus of Southfield and he was very helpful to me. He found me a Lexus with e As I was looking for a Lexus Rx certified preowned, I met Michail at the Lexus of Southfield and he was very helpful to me. He found me a Lexus with exactly the features I was looking for and he gave me a wonderful price but that time I asked for a couple of days to think about, I missed that deal; although Michail was totally disagree with that and he highly recommended me to make my decision quickly as that car was very exceptional. Anyhow, he kept to find another one, and after about two weeks he surprisingly found another one with totally the same features. That time I was out of the state but he scheduled for my family to see the car. The day after I came back and test drove the car, it was lovely! It was the one I was looking for! I was planning to buy that one but unfortunately because of some personal issues I had to change my mind of not buying a Lexus Rx car at this time. It has nothing to do with him or the dealership, and it was just a personal decision. I didn't buy a car at the Lexus of Southfield, but I completely found out how they care about their customer's satisfaction and how much they work to make them happy. And also to my opinion Michail is an asset to that dealership, along with being friendly, honest and respectful, he knows what he is doing and what his customers really want; in one word he is perfect at his job. Michail at Lexus of Southfield is the first and only person who I will definitely refer to next time I plan to buy a Lexus and I will highly recommend him and the dealership to my family and friends.
