I was given a loner so I could attend my meeting AND the staff moved my items (cleaners, work bag etc.) from the loner car to my car. I was offered a beverage as well. The benchmark for dealerships I don't even know where to start to express how awesome this dealership is. I've owned/leased several luxury brand vehicles including Cadillac, Mercedes Benz, BMW and now Lexus. NONE of the dealers have even come close to my overall satisfaction as Meade Lexus of Southfield. To start with i was greeted and offered a beverage within minutes of walking into the showroom. My sales consultant was Maria D'Aigle who was very pleasant to deal with. She really knew the vehicles features and options as if i was quizzing her for an exam. Even after a few months i had a question about e-destinations and i left her a voice-mail explaining the issues i was having and she called me back and left the instructions over voice-mail and i didn't even need to call her back. There is another Meade Lexus which is very close to my house and it's not that they are bad by any means but they just aren't Meade Lexus of Southfield. This dealership creates standards and i wish that they could teach other dealerships how to treat and take care of customers. I've been extremely pleased with my sales experience and post sales experience. This dealership truly executes the Lexus Covenant and i did feel like a guest in their home. I would in a heart-beat recommend this Dealership and Maria to all my friends and family! More
