He had the exact pre-owned certified RX we wanted- mileage, color, features, tech package,etc. Joey is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with me to become more comfortable with the car. He is very customer- oriented and always called back promptly. Joey worked with us on price and we think we got a fair price given all of the car features and low mileage. Mead has an excellent selection of certified RX cars- much more than our local dealer. The people offering coffee and goodies were very hospitable. The only thing I would fault the dealership is the amount of time it takes to complete the paperwork and financial arrangements- we paid cash and had to wait as there were people ahead of us. Perhaps this could be streamlined. It looked like there were only two people able to complete this part of the sale when we were there. I don't know if there are others. Marla did a great job but again, we couldn't get to her for quite some time. The program of picking up our car and providing a leaner is very helpful. Joey set up the Bluetooth and a number of other features. This is our second Lexus and we would definitely work with Joey when we are ready for our next Lexus. We really liked the service provided. Everyone seemed very professional. More

Very courteous sales and dealer staff My wife and I first visited the Meade Lexus of Southfield on August 2nd and returned on August 9th to complete the purchase and take delivery of a pr My wife and I first visited the Meade Lexus of Southfield on August 2nd and returned on August 9th to complete the purchase and take delivery of a pre-owned, certified "ES 300h". Our experience was extremely pleasant. After meeting with Mr. Fortuna on August 2nd, my wife commented how much she appreciated his courteous, attitude, with out any feeling of being pressured to buy. She especially appreciated the fact that he focused on her when she had questions, rather than deferring to me as some salesmen tend to do when the husband appears to be the primary purchaser. All preliminary purchase arrangements were efficiently completed by phone and internet before we returned to sign documents and take delivery on August 9th. On our return on the 9th we were given a tour of the dealership by the general manager, who introduced us to the service manager and personally answered my questions about service scheduling and loaner vehicles. Not only were the main Sales Consultant, Sales Manager and Delivery Consultant attentive, but every employee that we came across. All employees made sure as they walked past us to check with us that we were being taken care of and had everything we needed. Our Sales and Delivery Consultants made sure we were totally comfortable with the high tech vehicle before we exited the dealership with our "new baby". What was further comforting was their offer to come to our home to make sure the "garage door opener" feature was properly synced with the car, if needed.
