Can't remember the name of the young man who showed me "the ropes" on how to use the tools; (dark hair, was in the Navy, grew up in Waterford) but he was wonderful, pleasant and a real asset to your staff. (Believe me, not remembering his name is no reflection on him but rather on my getting old!!!) Joey was also great. Returned phone calls and emails immediatley (unlike the Mercedes dealer who is still sending me the generic "how can we help you?" emails). Will reccomend him to everyone.
