Excellent service I had to bring my vehicle in for a new headlight last week. Don was able to fit me in what appeared to be a busy day. When I returned this week, Dave explained the work they would be doing and ensured I was comfortable, offering beverages and snacks as well as setting me up in a loaner vehicle for the day. When I returned, he ensured my satisfaction and even transferred my belongings from the loaner to my vehicle. But 2-3 hrs later, test driving an RX 350 and some excellent salesmanship from Bharat which I loved (I am a sales person too and have been always on the other side of the table), I walked away with a brand new RX350. I love the car from the time I sat in that car first time. I must admit that it was one of the best purchase experiences in my life and I am proud of the choice I made.
