On March 29, 2021, I leased NX 300 2021.. I trade in a vehicle from a different brand and paid off the balance that was left, to MEADE I asked to do two transactions they wouldn’t let me... Big mistake, o vehicle from a different brand and paid off the balance that was left, to MEADE I asked to do two transactions they wouldn’t let me... Big mistake, on April 8 2021 I found out that they finally paid their portion ON April 6 2021 but they never inform the credit union in advance that they was interested in purchase the vehicle, when a dealer call and say that, it stop.. the interest from growing. I had to take care of that balance myself. When I leased the vehicle and I put down $2000 and the reason why because I was supposed to get a rebate check from the manufacturer but somehow they stole the rebate and when I got my paperwork my rebate application wasn’t in my paperwork * red flag * but they said I signed it over give to them... liars... And if you ever leased a vehicle from them you sign everything on his pad, so to be honest you don’t know what document your signature is going on at this moment. The first red flag when I got home and I read over all my paperwork and called my sales person (( PHILANA TIDWELL )) immediately she will not return my calls! really.... and (( PATRICK CORBETT )) he’s the financial manager that screwed me over. I emailed all the managers and assistant managers at that dealership location. And I contacted the secretary state of Michigan, I’m waiting for the outcome.. More
Bought two Lexus cars from there. The service quality has dropped significantly in the past years. The wait time is getting longer and longer with advanced appointments. Recently, there was a recall on my dropped significantly in the past years. The wait time is getting longer and longer with advanced appointments. Recently, there was a recall on my RX. It is a quite major work so the car has to be kept in the dealer for a while. I requested a loaner car. My appointments have been rescheduled three times due to the availability of their loaner cars. I was always notified at the very last minute. At the third time, I already drove there and they told me that no loaner car is available and you had to leave and make a new appointment. They don't even feel sorry about this. I wish I could gave no star on this dealership. No more business with this dealer and, maybe Lexus either (as it is the only Lexus dealer in my area). Strongly suggest potential customers to go somewhere else. More
