This determination not to buy from Meade Lexus was based on our universally poor experience with the initial 2007 purchase and with several subsequent service visits at Meade Lexus. These experiences were frankly shared with Mona Buchanan and others of your current staff. To our utter surprise that opinion changed completely starting with Mona Buchanan's opening the door for us as we entered the building. We knew we would be happy with the new vehicle but we did not know we would be so charmed by or so professionally treated by Ms. Buchanan. Although Joey was not my salesperson and I assume the guys work these things out financially, Joey couldn't have been more committed and hardworking to make the deal. There was no drop off in assistance. He was fair and honest. Then David went out of his way on auto pickup day when he drove my extra car home for me. These little things matter. I really like my Lexus, except my onboard computer is messed up and I do not know how to reset it to get my apps working to get the weather and traffic apps going again.Ha ven't had time to really mess with it and don't understand the big owners manual.But hopefully will get it straightened out by someone computer literit. Her concern, resourcefulness and knowledge of Lexus are only a few of the qualities that make her stand out from others. She makes herself available when I have issues. For example, I had a problem with my GPS. She went in my car with me and explained everything as she was looking it over; when there was a question we couldn't solve, she went out to her own RX in the wind and rain to compare and resolve the issue. I have recommended her to friends who have been just as satisfied. I have always had good experiences with the people in service. I love Adam and his smiling face. He is always extremely helpful and cheerful. All of the service people are nice and knowledgeable. I have dealt with most of them. I have also worked with Marty in collision and she has been wonderful. More
