Don Allen understood the problem and was very quick finding the root cause. It appeared to be related to rodent damage to the knock sensor wiring harness. Due to nature of the problem it required insur finding the root cause. It appeared to be related to rodent damage to the knock sensor wiring harness. Due to nature of the problem it required insurance to approve the cost which took long time (over 10 days) and as a result delayed repair. Once approval was received it took less than a day to replace wiring harness. I was using loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. The job was done with great quality and I am happy to drive my car without issues. More

Not happy with this appointment. When I dropped my car at the dealership in the morning, Shannon told me she would soon let me know when it will be ready. I even got a text to say if I have any questions, ju the dealership in the morning, Shannon told me she would soon let me know when it will be ready. I even got a text to say if I have any questions, just email Shannon. After I did not hear from Shannon all afternoon, I texted her. Again, no response! It was already late afternoon, I called the dealership to see when my car would be ready. It turned out my car was done, I went to pick up my car. Shannon was busy with another customer. That’s fine. I waited outside the office area. One technician got my info and went in to get my car. While I was still standing outside the office area, Shannon came out of her office and started to chat with an old gentleman who was also standing there. She never talked to me, nor acknowledged my presence! I patiently waiting for her finishing chatting with the gentleman so she can help me so I can pay for this service. Nothing! It was Christina who saw me standing there and helped me completed the paper work! I have been with Southfield Lexus for more than 15 years. I was always happy with the professionalism and service provided by the service consultants until yesterday. I hope this is an isolated incidence and will never happen again to any customers again. Donald Allen listened to my concerns about my tires and he recommended that I get the brand of tires that came with my RX350. Price is very reasonable and affordable. Don had called me about my brakes espe he recommended that I get the brand of tires that came with my RX350. Price is very reasonable and affordable. Don had called me about my brakes especially in the front because the pads were worn down and I immediately authorized him to put new brakes on the front. The rear will also need to be replaced soon. I’ll be taking it back up there next month to get those changed out as well. Don and the whole Meade Lexus dealership has been nothing but world class to me in the 13 years that I’ve been going there. I’m a customer for life. More

I had recently purchased a RX350 from Meade Lexus in Southfield. This was an out of state purchase. I had checked the website for the model and specs . Found one which matched what we wanted . Sent an Southfield. This was an out of state purchase. I had checked the website for the model and specs . Found one which matched what we wanted . Sent an email to the sales team. Got a response in 30 mins from Amanda with specs and the price . I made an offer and informed her that I was not interested in haggling. Received a confirmation email from Michail Kravaritis confirming the acceptance of my offer. From here on Michail communicated with us every step up of the way and how to proceed with an out of state sale. It was a four hour drive to reach the dealership - Michail was ready and waiting for us . He oriented us to the new car and when we were satisfied is when he completed the rest of the paper work with the business office. I will have to give five stars to the business office as well on how they handled the paper work and sent the documents via Fedex the following Thursday . I had the title work and license plates completed by the weekend. I have purchased multiple cars ,vans and suvs in the past 30 years . This has been the most awesome experience and a pleasurable car purchase I have ever done. I thank Michail for the wonderful professional customer service and the rest of the staff at Meade Lexus.
