My salesmen Seth had to do very little persuading when I returned to purchase another SUV. Punching a car can be very stressful and overwhelming. Seth and the Lexus staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating making the transaction seem smooth and painless. Seth was " a man of his word" keep every promise made. After punching my beautiful RX 350 a few days of owing someone nicely scraped the pain off the bumper, Needless to said I was mortified, Seth help to calm me down and help me to get it repaired within days.
