I made it to Rick Rodriguez, a kind, kind individual who introduced us to Russ Collick, they both researched the vehicles of my choice. Unfortunately and extremely sad that the deep blue and the autumn shimmer, not available. Had I taken another second to think about it, I would have kept the Champagne black top 2013--still so beautiful. But Russ took meticulous time with us, giving us the "getting into a lease and a new vehicle conversation, he was quite professional, responding to all of our questions and in the after-hours he assisted us in test driving and trying to convince me to a point where I would be happy. There just doesn't seem to be enough vehicles of certain colors--even today, I'm still disappointed. But ecstatic over the service I received from yet another, Marla Govan who stepped her status to the next level as ever before, by assisting my husband and I how to navigate through the new technology, getting us set up with everything we are entitled to and she did that with such professional resolve, sometimes it's tough comprehending the I-T language. She makes it sufficiently easy to take in, we are quite, quite grateful to her. The next day she immediately set up the garage door connection and that young man, equally, outstanding at his job--Markeith Allix, a huge thanks for his diligence, too many things happened with that work, but he got the job done. And Johnnie Dinkins reaching out many times to do the trade-in, wow Meade working together, appreciation. And finally, the financial pundit, Malcolm--well-versed in all the plans and making beneficial suggestions as we prepare for a future with our new lease--thank you. More

We exchanged emails during the week to finalize the deal and he was attentive but not overbearing. In a salesperson, that's an art. When I picked up the vehicle, he had attended to every detail and even remembered one that I mentioned before but had forgotten. In all of my 50 years of purchasing or leasing GM, Chrysler and Ford products, new or used, this is by far one of the best dealer experiences I have ever had. I felt that I received good value for the price of the vehicle and it was delivered shiny and clean with new mats too! More

Service at Lexus - A Phenomenal Experience! My review is on behalf of a basic wonderful experience at Lexus, every single time I come in. But Friday's experience, March 11th with my Service Adm My review is on behalf of a basic wonderful experience at Lexus, every single time I come in. But Friday's experience, March 11th with my Service Administrator Tony K--let's say, I really didn't think he could out-do any of my other positive service experiences, but he did. Yes, he serviced the vehicle with its needs, seeing that I'm close to 50,000 miles on my ES350. I asked him about an appraisal, he was very forthcoming with that information and he enhanced the possibility of my looking into purchasing or leasing a hybrid, more importantly just doing a trade-in. He speaks so favorably of all the Lexus vehicles. Because I know of his history in their repairs or service, I really really listen to any information he can share regarding my looking into another vehicle. I didn't realize the 2016 ES350 had so many changes to it, because I've been perfectly content to keep my 2013. Tony has skills not only in the service center--but also in the showroom--I'm just saying, you won't find a more engaging employee with full-blown honesty about the Lexus vehicles. I sincerely appreciate his knowledge of Lexus!!! More
