Mark did his homework at least a month before I came in, which caused me to remember his name. Unfortunately, I was not really prepared to turn in my lease car on Saturday, June 25th. However, as fate would have it I received an dashboard ALERT (low tire) early that morning. I immediately call service (without an appointment) and asked to come I'm for them to look my tire. Treads were showing in at two places and Greg the Service Rep. was genuinely concern for my safety and said I MUST purchase a new tire at $345.00 (funds that I did not plan to spend). To shorten the story, just so happen I remembered Mark's name and he was there. I reluntately, let him & manager / appraiser look at my car and run my credit. Greatfully, I was approved for the 2011 IS350. The color wasn't what I would have initially chose, however I getting compliments and getting use to the airdesnent white v/s the crisson red. Mark, definitely went to bat for me as I said in the beginning I did not prepare financially to make a purchase. The deal that Mark & Joe gave me was heaven sent. More
This was our second new car purchase from here. Pete the salesman was on top of his game. We came in all most at closing time and never once did Pete or the Sales Manager try to rush us. What I really liked was they asked what it would take to do the deal and in less than 10 minutes the deal was done. No GAMES and no hassel. They when over everything on the car and made sure we where very satisfied before we left. More

Mark and Joe are the BEST!!! They went over and above the call of duty. Between all the questions amd concerns never once did I feel that I was asking a stupid question or taking up all their time (whic the call of duty. For me, buying a car was a HUGE decision considering that we keep our cars for long term. The questions they had asked me when I was totally undecided was #1 What did I like about each car and #2 How did I feel when I was driving them. The second question solidified my choice. I ended up with the IS 350 which I considered the sportiest and it makes feel young again. Thanks again to Mark and Joe for EVERYTHING!!!!! More

I own a RX-330. My service person is Don Allen. He provides superior service every time I visit the facility. What I really like about him is that he treats all of his customers the same. My visits are always less than one hour. Don is so awesome until I have had them service my vehicle for regular maintenance-- due to the outstanding service I receive from him. I am so pleased with his service until he is the only one I see when I go to the dealership. I just feel that no one else will service me the way he does. However I will say that most of the people are pretty friendly. Plus I enjoy the hot chocolate that Nancy serves me whenever I'm there. I've gotten so spolied until I don't think I would ever go to any other dealership for service. Don and Nancy keep up the good work and continue to service people the way they should be treated. I had a problem w/some scratches on the back of my bumper that was caused when my car was towed to Lexus. The towing company would not accept responsibility and I called Danielle she said to bring it by to that was caused when my car was towed to Lexus. I explained what happened and he said no problem we will take care of it. They also detailed the inside that the towing company greased up. It was great!! I really didn't expect it because I feel that we as a society no longer have great customer service. Well Lexus proved me wrong, Lexus is what great customer service should be.
