Car buying is a subject often met with much anxiety. I’m happy to say that my experience at Meade Lexus of Southfield was the complete opposite of this stereotype. The staff that handled my dealing, financing and vehicle delivery was above excellent throughout every minute of my time spent with each of them. I’m left as not only an elated new Lexus owner, but also an exceptionally pleased customer who can’t say enough positive things about the Meade Lexus organization. More
We have been coming here for the last 10 yrs or so. We have had 5 Lexus vehicles. I still have my 2002 LX 470, which will now be driven by my dtr. Lucky girl. One of the best things about Meade Lexus of Southfield is the great customer service. That's what brought me back to purchase another Lexus. Whether I need service or regular maintenance, when I bring the car in I am always given prompt, courteous service. There have been times I brought my car in, told them I had to get to work, was given a loaner, and picked my car up after work. Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. When buying our new Lexus, we had such exceptional service from our sales consultant, Mark Matuszczyk and our vehicle specialist, Philip Coron. The upholstery color we wanted was not in stock, but Mar service from our sales consultant, Mark Matuszczyk and our vehicle specialist, Philip Coron. The upholstery color we wanted was not in stock, but Mark found the car and we had the vehicle the next business day. Phil then spent so much time explaining the car's technical features and said to come back at least five times if there were any questions. However this was not necessary. We had an instantaneous credit check, and an immediate transfer of license plates, insurance, and registration. We have never had such attention in dealing with any car agency. Meade Lexus has a wonderful reputation and lives up to that standard in every way. It was truly a pleasurable experience purchasing our new car from Meade. The Meade Lexus team is professional, friendly and super helpful, from Joe Rodriguez, general manager, to Dave Israilov, sales consultant, to Anita Fernandez, finance administrator, to the neighborly women helpful, from Joe Rodriguez, general manager, to Dave Israilov, sales consultant, to Anita Fernandez, finance administrator, to the neighborly women operating the refreshment counter, to Philip Coron, the vehicle delivery specialist. Dave Israilov, listened to what I wanted and showed me the exact matches available on the lot. He then worked with Joe Rodriguez to give me a great bottom line price and a surprisingly low finance rate, resulting in a monthly payment plan that made it possible for me to buy my dream car. I had shopped around extensively before making this purchase so I was thrilled to meet with no pushy sales talk (actually the Lexus ES sells itself …it’s an amazing vehicle), and no frustrating price negotiating. I didn’t need to tell Dave what another dealer had offered me; he just gave me the best offer right up front. Refreshing. Anita explained every document needed to process the purchase so I was clear on each signature, getting me approved and signed in lightning speed. Such a warm heart this woman brings to the table! Once the purchase was done, Philip Conan reviewed the important operating systems of the car (lights, locks, mirrors, etc.) mustering a saintly dose of patience as he walked this low-techy grandma through the operation of the navigation system. Philip insisted that I call him with any questions as they popped up. On my drive home, I found the voice prompt volume was too low so I left a message on Philip’s voice mail. I then read through the manual and found I could correct the volume myself so I quickly called Philip's voice mail to cancel the request for help, but within minutes, true to his word, Philip returned my call to make sure I was set. Thank you Dave and the whole Mead team for this joy filled experience. I am proud to now be a member of the Lexus family. If the service department is as good as the sales department, which I read it is, I am looking forward to continued excellence. More
Greg definitely went to work for the customer. I have a tire claim, which initially appeared not to be covered by the tire insurance. However because Meade Lexus always takes great care of their customers tire claim, which initially appeared not to be covered by the tire insurance. However because Meade Lexus always takes great care of their customers I felt reassured that this will be handled. Greg explained to me that each claim is reviewed closely before being approved. This process took two weeks. I could have been very disturbed and inconvenienced, but due to the great loaner policy I was not inconvenienced at all. Therefore, I patiently waited and Greg updated me on the progresses along the way. Thanks for the great service and considering the customers that get the extra insurance for just this type of service. More
