I thoroughly enjoy driving my Lexus SC 430 convertible or RX 350 SUV. Both vehicles have proven to be quite dependable. I enjoy the smooth ride demonstrated by both vehicles. If and when service is neede RX 350 SUV. Both vehicles have proven to be quite dependable. I enjoy the smooth ride demonstrated by both vehicles. If and when service is needed, Don Allen arranges speedy service with the least inconvenience. Of course, having access to Lexus loaner vehicles is always a fabulous bonus as it lessens the stress of having to arrange transportation to and from the dealership during my vehicle's "down time". Hello, I have always heard and read of how good the Lexus experience is. I have purchased 9 new cars in my life and dealt with the dealerships.This was the first time I had ever been in a Lexus dealership. I experience is. I have purchased 9 new cars in my life and dealt with the dealerships.This was the first time I had ever been in a Lexus dealership. I currently drive 2010 Avalon(wonderful Car). I purchased a 2002 SC430 with the transferable warranty. I had an issue with the door speakers and scheduled an appointment with the dealership. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost respect. I met Don and we did some ppr.work. I was told it would be about 40 min. to disassemble the door to see what the problem was. After 30 min. Don told me the speakers were indeed blown and they would have to be ordered. He then pleasantly surprised me with an opportunity of a loaner. Don was first class in every respect. I highly recommend Meade Lexus. It was the best Dealer experience( by far) I have ever had. Thanks, Gary Neighbors More
I was introduced to the Meade Lexus team through Philip Coron. He was confident the Maria D'Aigle would be a good fit personality wise and he was right. This was my first visit to the Meade Lexus Southfield. The "super" experience started from the time the appointment was set up by Adam. He was so nice and easy to deal with. When I entered the dealership, I was welcomed by Jerry, and I told him about the recall and the brake issue I was having. I bought the RX 350 less than 3 months ago from a Toyota dealership locally. Since I bought it, I've been experiencing vibration of the steering column when I applied brakes. So Jerry had the tech check it, and reverted that the front rotors have warped and rusted that was leading to this issue. he used his good offices to ensure that the whole repair was covered under warranty. This level of attention to detail is by far the best I've seen in the dealer world. The dealership is the most neat, and also provides ipads to folks waiting in the lounge. The folks in the concierge were so awesome, and were showing in their actions that they love their workplace and their jobs !! OVERALL, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR LEXUS, even if it means you need to drive 100 MILES !! GO FOR IT LEXUS OWNERS !! More

I just got my new LX570 Lexus at Meade Lexus of Southfield. The representative who helped me with the transaction was Mark Matuszczyk. The service was absolutely outstanding!! Mark listened to all what I had to say about what I needed in the car, the extras, the color, the wheels, down to every detail. He answered my calls every time I called him and he answered all my questions. He updated me everyday regarding the car. He went the extra mile to get me the exact color that I needed. It was very obvious to me that his customers’ interests came first for him. I particularly appreciated the fact that he understood how tight my schedule was. He came twice to my office, one to pick up my old car for appraisal and again when he delivered my new car. That meant a lot to me. He was very organized and he explained all the info about my new car. He came to my office as a company representative and left as a friend. It is not only excellent products, but also outstanding service that keeps customers with a certain company or business, and I really believe that by having representatives like Mark, Meade Lexus has reached the caliber it is at, and can stay there. This 2013 LX570 is my EIGHTH Lexus. With products AND service of this level it will not be the last. Thank you Meade Lexus. More
