He apprises me of how my service is progressing, oh service for over one year now. He is articulate, knowledgeable and is aware of my service needs. He apprises me of how my service is progressing, oh I forgot, Tony, always offers me your good Hazelnut coffee. He asks me if I have questions before I pay my bill. He is Honest and I will not schedule an appointment for service unless Tony will supervise my Lexus care. He responds to my e-mails and phone calls promptly. He is a gentlemen too.
