I have had three occasions when someone from this dealership has bween rude. one, when the dbatteries on a new certirfied weAS NOT CHANGED; WHEN THE SALESPERSON ON MY (lEMON-07) WAS NOT FPROPERLY dealership has bween rude. one, when the dbatteries on a new certirfied weAS NOT CHANGED; WHEN THE SALESPERSON ON MY (lEMON-07) WAS NOT FPROPERLY CERTIFIED AND WAS PROMISED SEVERAL THINGS NOTHING WASDONE AND RECENTLY WHEN THE CERTIFIED MANAGER CHALLENGED MY LETTER ABOUT THE BUYBACK OF MY CAR BY CORPORATE THAT THE FORM I HAD DID NOT HAVE A Lexus LOGO ON IT AND THAT MY CAR WAS BEIND REPOSSED. Corporate lexus was not happy on how he treated me and I was there to buy another car. Tony K in customer service has been nothing but nice and I will havemy car service assisted by him. he is struly a great rep and professional. More

Tony is Awesome. I brought my car in and Tony stated he would call as soon as the service was complete. Tony gave me options (this is what's needed right now... Tony was great and stayed after hours so i could pick up my Lexus. The dealership closed at 3pm and he was able to stay late so i could get the car before the dealership closed. I have owned my Lexus for 8 years - it has 130,000 miles and I am happy to report that it has always run great. This I believe can be attributed to the fact that it is a quality vehicle and that I have it and I am happy to report that it has always run great. To that regard, Dave Ferguson has been my service consultant for years - I respect Dave's advice and appreciate his honest approach, so much so that I have "followed" him over to the Southfield location. An appreciated bonus for me is that when I request it, the dealership picks my car up and brings it back, leaving me with a loaner which indicates a respect for my time. The drivers are always courteous and friendly and my car is always returned washed. The best part is that after servicing, I feel confident that my Lexus will continue to give me a reliable and comfortable ride. More
