I had concerns about a recent recall campaign and subsequent alignment problems. Both Dale Engel and Tony Krajewski were both professional and responsive to my issues. They made me feel like a valued customer and took extra care about making things right. And they did. That counts! It's the reason that I have felt comfortable as a Meade Lexus customer over many years. Dale Engel, head shop tech, seems to radiate expertise and is a straight shooter with clear explanations and good ideas on Lexus vehicles and their repair and maintenance. He knows his stuff. More

When I visit Meade Lexus of Southfield I always have a pleasant experience. I'm always greeted by a customer service representative who offers me a beverage, and a magazine to read while waiting.
