The reason why I went to this dealer, is because a friend of mine referred me there. I cannot believe how nice and professional everyone was. They offered the best customer service possible. I work in Customer Service for a living and I research trends, and I can honestly say that this Dealer has the perfect approach. They are very honest and don't beat around the truth which is hard to find when shopping for a vehicle. I love my new car and I would highly recommend anyone if they are looking for a new car and want a dealership that is friendly, honest, and professional to go to Meade Lexus. I purchased a Lexus ES350 last weekend, the car was great. Hernando is a GREAT person to work with, very good knowledge about the car and know exactly the changes of the vehicle compared to my previou great. Their gift office was closed at 3pm on Saturday and my sales did not finish until after 3pm, so I was not able to receive the gift on the day of sales. But Hernando even delivered them to my house today, which was after the sale! I highly recommend him. More

My experience at Lexus is always a treat. I came in for my first oil change and I there was a problem with the driver window. I heard wind noises. I've been going to Meade Lexus working with Jerry Marx since we moved to Detroit area just a little over two years ago. I have always been very pleased with the overall service. Recently, I took my Marx since we moved to Detroit area just a little over two years ago. I have always been very pleased with the overall service. Recently, I took my car to another Lexus dealership when I was in Columbus. Weather was bad, and my brakes were making noises that had not been there before. I wanted to make sure all was okay before I drove back to Detroit in snow and ice. Dealer told me brakes were fine, but they went ahead and gave my vehicle an inspection and provided a long list of things they supposedly found wrong that would have cost me $569. I passed on having them do any work on my RX330. I was pissed, not knowing if they were feeding me a line of crap or if Meade had not been maintaining my vehicle properly. As soon as I got home, I called Jerry. I sent him over the "report" the other dealership provided. He apologized for what I experienced in Columbus and he would look into it as far as the history of service on my vehicle. He called me back and explained in detail what could not be true in that report. Definitely put my mind at ease. Reason I was in Columbus is that we are moving there. Shortly after returning back to Detroit, my 2004 RX330 was due for its routine oil change and check-up (has 86665 miles on it). While it was being serviced, my husband decided to trade it in for a new CT200H, which we are leasing from Meade. Due to what I experienced in Columbus, I will be coming back to Meade since it is only a 3 1/2 drive, and I have family here, to have my new vehicle serviced. I adore Jerry! I think he is the best!! More

My 350ES had a leaking gasket, which I found out about after going to another dealership for an oil change. I returned to Lexus and found out the problem was completely covered under the warranty. Greg and Adam took excellent care of me and extended me every courtesy possible. Greg followed up with several phone calls letting me know the outcome and expected date that I my car would be returned to me. I appreciated the updates and it took a lot of worry away from me. After Adam found out I had gone to another dealership for an oil change because it was much cheaper than your dealership, he offered me the oil changes at the rate of the other dealership. The crowning glory of the whole experience was the return of my car with a full tank of car and an excellent car wash inside and out. Lexus Meade of Souhfield does not have to worry about me going to another dealership for service again. I HAD AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE WITH LEXUS MEADE OF SOUTHFIELD. When I call to make a service appointment, there is only one person I want to work with and that is Don Allen. Don sees that my car is serviced timely and appropriately. He has given me his cell phone n one person I want to work with and that is Don Allen. Don sees that my car is serviced timely and appropriately. He has given me his cell phone number to reach him directly. And he responds via text message to me, which means I get/have prompt, timely, fast, informative communication with Don regarding my car. He has even texted me on his day off to assure me of the status of my car's service. He always has a loaner car available for me to use while my car is in service. He is well prepared and ready for my appointments when I come for service. He is knowledgeable as to the mileage/repairs needed. He wants to make sure I am satisfied with the service to my car and he will see to it that my car is washed and clean upon returning it to me. Don is my 'go to' person in service at Meade Lexus. Meade is lucky to have Don Allen. More
