Our experience at Lexus of Southfield is the best. Nice environment, our two small kids loved the play room in customer lounge and snack bar. Our salesman Russ Collick is very easy to work with. He gave us a deal better than other Lexus dealerships and he also gave us a fair market value on our trade-in. We were greeted by Maria D'Aigle and impressed with her professionalism and geniune consideration to work with us. Her knowledge of the Lexus line was phenomenal and she was able to answer any question about how the Lexus models compare to other products on the market. Maria worked with us for hours past closing time to make sure that we felt comfortable with our vehicle choice and that our payments were within the range of our current monthly payment. We felt that our relationship with Maria and other Meade employees was not just a one time event that ended after the paper work was signed, we became an important member of the Meade community. Upon our recent visit to Meade for the routine 5,000 mile maintenance we were greeted warmly by Maria, Seth and Greg our service advisor.
