I have worked with Maria for the last couple of years and she is awesome! There are around 4-5 people in my office that have worked with her and all of us have had a great experience in working with her. S she is awesome! She is very professional, always in a great mood, listens extremely well and always has a beautiful smile on her face! By listening so well, she really hears what you're looking for and tries very hard to find a great solution for you. It's very rare to find in most dealerships and as a matter of fact, my wife and I just went to a Nissan dealership in Troy to ask about replacing her 2001 Pathfinder that we bought from them with a new Pathfinder 2013, we told them we were also considering an RX350 with Maria, Q7 and wanted to compare the prices/cars. I'm still waiting for the pricing 3 weeks later??? Maria has already reached out to me twice in the last 2 months......I will continue to refer any of my 500+ clients that are looking for a new car and ask me about mine! Keep up the great work and definitely reward good people so they stay a long time! More

I leased a 2012 CT200h and after nearly 2 years, I was in a horrible multi-car accident that resulted in the car being totaled. The Lexus is so well made that the car actually saved my life. My husband wanted me to get an estimate on replacing the front and back seat carpet of my LX 570 (along with my 45,000 service). Mr. Ferguson took it upon himself to call Lexus to see if they would cover any of the replacement. I was so impressed that I wrote Lexus a letter explaining how impressed I was with his customer service. More

Mr. Ferguson has always been very attentive to my needs as it relates to my vehicle. He always has a pleasing attitude when speaking with me along with his smile..
