The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the coffee was fresh and hot. When the service was completed, David walked me through the results of their 11-point inspection identifying things for me to consider in the future. I was gone in an hour. My visit to the dealership that day came with a strange request. I had a living groundhog under my rear of the car. I was terrified and wasn't sure what to do after I stopped at a local oil change place request. I had a living groundhog under my rear of the car. I was terrified and wasn't sure what to do after I stopped at a local oil change place and they said, you have a very large animal in the rear of your car. They tried to assist without successful getting him out. However, your service department and I mean the whole service department spent about 30 minutes carefully trying to encourage this animal to get out without hurting him. A group of grown men with such compassion, it was great! They ultimately, got him out and safely returned him to his habitat on the grounds of Meade Lexus Southfield. Love this dealership!
