Don is Always Friendly, Efficient, Thorough, Accomodating. When bringing your car in for service, Don sees that it all goes smoothly and conveniently. He aims to please!!!! Philip is very knowledgeable about the technology on the Lexus. He is patient while teaching/explaining how to use the apps. I am enjoying my independence with navigating the 'technological " system in the car. This would not have been possible without Philip taking the time to teach/show me the intricacies of the system. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Gregory for the last 4 or 5 years or so... He has always been nothing but professional and personable. I was in the dealership for an oil change on 5/15/013 for an last 4 or 5 years or so... He has always been nothing but professional and personable. I was in the dealership for an oil change on 5/15/013 for an oil changed and to have one of my tires checked because my tire indicator kept coming on. I discovered one of my lights out on the front of my car... I asked Greg to have the service technician check it out for me, He did, the technician not only discovered 1 blown bulb but 5 (lol). Before just replacing the other bulbs he came to me, told me how much it would cost and ASKED me if I wanted to have then replaced, instead of just having them replaced without my permission. When I ask questions I get straight answers and if it's something that he can't answer, about a service or price he will always call me with the answer within 24 hours as he promises. I have referred family to Meade Lexus because of Greg... Thanks Greg! More

The level of service he provides is like nothing I have ever had. Having Gregg as my Service Consultant, I know I am receiving great quality work. Although the cost of some of my services were a little costly, I decided to still come to Meade Lexus as oppose to going somewhere a little less expensive because of the service I receive from Gregg. Gregg understands the value of good customer service and knows what it takes to keep customers coming back. He truly is the best Service Consultant I have ever met and does an outstanding job. More
Johnnie has always been (and will always be) the 'go to' guy for my wife and I. BEING THAT THIS IS MY FIRST LEASED VEHICLE, FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN CREATED AMBIVALENT FEELINGS, HOWEVER, MARK M. PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONABLE PERSONALITY ON THE TELEPHONE AND IN PERSON, ALLEVIATE UNKNOWN CREATED AMBIVALENT FEELINGS, HOWEVER, MARK M. PROFESSIONALISM, KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONABLE PERSONALITY ON THE TELEPHONE AND IN PERSON, ALLEVIATED MY CONCERNS REGARDING THIS NEW EXPERIENCE.
