Other than 'price'...which was just 'fair'....my experience could not have been better and I look forward to the 'service' being of equal status. I had a very good experience with Meade Lexus of Southfield. In particular, I enjoyed working with my sales consultant, Maria D'Aigle. She was great. She knew her stuff. I took my father to Meade Lexus to purchase a RX350. He is in his 70's and has been driving practical cars all his life, in support of me and my sister. It was an opportunity to have him enjoy an aspirati is in his 70's and has been driving practical cars all his life, in support of me and my sister. It was an opportunity to have him enjoy an aspirational-type vehicle now that his children are grown and have familes of their own. He's been talking about the RX for years, so he knew what he wanted. It was an exciting experience, as he/we were looking forward to visiting Meade Lexus-Southfield, with checkbook in hand. It ended in disappointment when the salesman that we worked with, quoted us figures that were higher than thoses he initially conveyed and which were also $2,000 higher than what was listed on the Meades Lexus Southfield website. At this point, all trust was lost, and we walked out of the dealership severely disappointed, in knowing that someone would try and sell a vehicle to my father at a price higher than what Meade Lexus and the market were asking. This evoked all the negative impressions about used-vehicle salesmen, where they have no vested interest in your happiness/satisfaction, just their own personal commission. After a few days, the disappointment was still there, but I wanted my father to have the vehicle that he so deserved. I could not stomach the thought of entering the Meade Lexus dealership again, but I wanted to get an RX for Dad. This is when the story turns around, when I e-mailed my request and figures for the vehicle, and Joey Fortuna responsed in heart, and made this transaction happen without delay. He was professional, genuine and thoughtful throughout the process, and made us feel welcome to join, as he called it, 'The Lexus Family'. I could go on about all the details that Joey did for us, but I suppose the best testament would be, that I will recommend him to all my friends and family for their Lexus vehicle needs. My greatest satisfaction is hearing how much Dad loves his new RX. Thanks Joey. Note: I can not submit review without creating an account. I like visiting Meade Lexus of Southfield because there seems to be an excitement in the air. Everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to help. From the service rep.
