Maria made my life so easy and the whole process from the minute I decided to go with the RX until I was driving my new car home did not take more than 2 hours. They made my life easy, in addition I never felt pressured when I was signing the contract "unlike other car dealers" to buy any additional packages. After less than 2 months I traded in my other car and got the new IS250. Simply I love Lexus and I believe they have the best customer service ever. More

I went in for air in my tires and it was discovered there was a nail in my front right tire. I was told that I needed two front tires at 3:15p.m. Tony said that I was able to take a loaner car in order to was a nail in my front right tire.
