My wife gave me a son and i decided to buy her a brand new Lexus Rx35 new vehicles before, but Mark made our experience at lexus as easy as it gets. From the moment I drove into the service department I was greeted and my service rep Adam was advised of my arrival for my appointment. After the drive I relaxed in the beautiful waiting area and answered emails and phone calls. I was able to get lots of work done. Finally, when my vehicle was ready, it was delivered to me washed and cleaned. I really enjoyed my customer experience at the Meade Lexus dealership. I have told several of my friends about my experience there and how wonderfully pleased I am with my decision to purchase a Lexus there. More
