The people who work at Mead Lexus of Southfield are very customer service oriented. The showroom and waiting area are always clean and organized. The staff at Meade Lexus is very courteous and knowledge. Even though they were fully booked, I was given a next day service appointment because I mentioned that one of my warning lights was coming on. They apply technology very well to enhance the customer service experience. For example, they associate my phone with my cars so that do not have to ask me a bunch of questions about my car.. They just confirm which car will be serviced. They have a dashboard of the cars being serviced on that day so it is easy to confirm my service time and car. The staff are very respectful of my time and do recommend Meade Lexus to friends and neighbors. Thank you. More

One can't beat the friendliness and attentiveness of Meade. Although Tony isn't in sales, I've worked with him in service (always very helpful) and he was also instrumental in choosing my RX 350. He deserves a raise. :-) Linda couldn't be nicer or more helpful. She provided an excellent overview of the workings of the technology within the car. Any questions we had after delivery were promptly and most courteously answered. And my salesman Mark was the best I've dealt with over the years. I was impressed with his knowledge about the car and his friendliness. He also made it seem as if he were working for us rather than Meade. As I've said, 'the best'. We simply liked him. I must also mention Hernando. He was not involved in any way with the purchase of this, my third, Lexus. However he was more than helpful a number of times during the purchase of this car and also with some technical details. My wife and I were impressed with his readiness to help, always with a smile, even though we were not his client. More

Today I came in for my 10,000 mile service & Dave Ferguson was there to greet me. He got right to assessing my vehicle's exterior condition and noticed a scratch I hadn't even seen. He had another person on the team buff it out before I even left! He explained the services being done and had me sign all the paperwork very efficiently. He picked out an awesome loaner car that just happened to be a model my husband's been considering, so it was perfect that we got to check it out. Dave called me in less than 3 hours to let me know my car was ready. When I went back to get it, there was Dave welcoming me again. He quickly told me everything checked out fine, as expected, and got my car out promptly. He was very friendly and also funny to chat with. I've worked for Quicken Loans for over 20 years and we put a tremendous focus on delivering an amazing client experience. So it really means something for me to say MEADE LEXUS & DAVE ROCK!
