We m We have leased five GS models over the last 15 years. Our first two and the most recent GS-350 AWD leasing deals were guided by Mr. Russ Collick. We made our initial contact using the Meade Lexus of Southfield Internet Sales Department. We received a phone call at 9 a.m. from Ryan Simmons within 12 hours from our initial query about a particular vehicle of interest in the Meade Lexus inventory. Ryan made an appointment to see us at 1 p.m. the same day. He put us in immediate contact with Russ who has proven to be very, very knowledgeable and was someone who we have trusted, having known him for 15 years. Russ was extremely helpful in presenting the detailed financial calculations and options. We needed to quickly evaluate several rare and unusual lease options we had proposed including making the decision between releasing our very low mileage 2014 GS-350 AWD or a taking a new lease on a 2016 GS-350 AWD automobile. Russ was very patient with us, gathered all the relevant updated data on our 6 month lease extension that affected the residual value and wholesale value and presented the lease financial options to us. We were VERY pleased to learn that we could lease a new 2016 GS-350 AWD for LESS than our lease payments on our 2014 model! He showed us three cars of different colors that twere of interest to us that were immediately available from the Meade extensive onsite inventory. All 3 vehicles were brought for us to examine. We selected our choice and we were amazed that we could drive away before 5 p.m. the same day! All paper work, registration, insurance, credit check and plate transfer were completed before we left the dealership. The Meade Internet Team of Russ Collick, Ryan Simmons, Seth Arnold and many other unknown people behind the scene made this a very positive experience! We are spreading the word about how great we were treated at Meade Lexus of Southfield! Free pickup and delivery for maintenance, a free loaner and free weekly car washes are a real plus for busy people! More

Dave really knows the vehicles he sells, there was no "I don't know, I'll get back to you" when asking a question. He was able to come up with attractive options to fit my budget while taking into account my desires. I never once felt pressured during the process nor felt he was trying to up sell me on something I didn't want. He was extremely busy, but always made time to talk to my wife and I....even if after closing time. The personal phone and email communication was the most stand out piece of interaction as other dealerships would just put me on a generic mailing list that didn't even include the sales person's name I was dealing with....if I got any follow-up contact at all.....and they were never as busy as Dave! Overall I can't think of any reasonable thing that could have made the process any easier/more enjoyable.....except maybe a free LFA test drive with each purchase! :-) More
