Tony is a great guy, I had a small problem with my new IS there was a noise coming from the driver door I told him about it, he asked couple of questions and said he will take care of it. I was kindda surpri there was a noise coming from the driver door I told him about it, he asked couple of questions and said he will take care of it. I was kindda surprised as usually other dealerships need to test drive the car and in case they didn't hear the noise they just tell u nothing wrong with the car I thought it was going to take few hours to fix the problem but only took like 30 min I think Meade Lexus is the best, they really value their customers More

For this service time, I am acknowledging Tony K. for his follow up getting the much-needed paint I needed for touch-ups. Because of the color of the vehicle, lots of chips occurring. By ordering the paint and demonstrating how to do it, I can maintain the appearance with a minor touch-up on my own. Also, his appearance was particularly nice on this day, he went from the solid blue to a stripe Meade shirt, good choice Meade. Tony's personality on each occasion has always been appropriate. Philip Coron, a technological genius. I was able to learn more search engines i.e. Bing for finding locations. Each time I have spent with Phil he manages to enhance my learning of the dynamics to the navigation system and even the music tools. Every single visit Phil is not over-bearing with his intellect, I don't feel as though I'm struggling to keep up with all that I know he knows of the Lexus. He covers the most minute details of the vehicle. He does not seem as if he is reading from a script, but just very succinct about every point and aspect of the Lexus 350. He reprogrammed the phone because of the "insufficient connectivity" which occurred over and over again...that issue, gone away. I am grateful for the time he and Tony spent with me, I didn't feel they were trying to rush through the work until I was comfortable...I am in awe of staff and really appreciative...right down to Ms. Nancy at the snack service counter, she always shares positive insight. My experience with Lexus has been a good one. In fact, I rated it great because of your Service rep, Don Allen. Today the inside wasn't cleaned and he called them back and asked them to redo it. I like my Lexus, and I think Don does a wonderful job which is a great contribution to Meade. More

My service person was very polite and friendly, he made sure I was comfortable and my vehicle was returned to me quickly. One thing the others service people never did was take the time to show me the eng sure I was comfortable and my vehicle was returned to me quickly. One thing the others service people never did was take the time to show me the engine and where to put my windshield solvent. I had not seen under the hood of my Lexus and this was my second lease with Meade. I am very happy with the car and the dealership. More
Service time was short. Waiting room was stellar. They are so friendly and quick to get you in and out. Coffee, tea, water, and refreshments are provided, as well as ipads to keep customers occupied whil are so friendly and quick to get you in and out.
