As in the past, I dealt with Mark Matuszczyk in acquiring a 2014 RX 350. I recently had both of my knees replaced and needed a car with easier access and egress compared to my ES 350. I have dealt with this dealership before and have always received excellent service but this time they went "above and beyond" the call of duty. When I got my new Lexus IS 350 home, I could not get my car t received excellent service but this time they went "above and beyond" the call of duty. When I got my new Lexus IS 350 home, I could not get my car to integrate with the automatic garage door. I called Phil Coron at the dealership who tried to help me over the phone but we still couldn't get the problem resolved. Mr. Coron then offered to come out to my house after his work day was over to help me. He came over and worked tirelessly until the problem was resolved. Not only am I pleased with my salesman Michail Kravaritis, I was "blown away" by the service of Mr. Coron. Frankly, I can afford most any luxury car available. Every dealership talks about how good their service is but this dealership truly delivers. More

Had an emergency ....my car was knocking...they got me in ASAP.....and I had an oil leak in my 2009 Lexus SUV. I thank God for Dave he had them to check n repair the oil leak...then reassured me that ever ASAP.....and I had an oil leak in my 2009 Lexus SUV.
