Owning a Lexus and having it serviced through Jerry Marx is always a pleasurable experience. The work is always done correctly the first time and if not, there is no additional charge to fix the problem. is always a pleasurable experience. A couple of months ago I walked into the local BMW dealer and before looking at the cars, asked about the waiting room. The salesperson showed me a small alcove off the dealer floor, hard vinyl seats and burnt coffee. The two people waiting didn’t look very happy. Give my Meade’s comfortable leather chairs, WiFi and coffee bar. At times I think about purchasing a new car other than Lexus, but I don’t think the service I would receive will ever match up to what I receive from Jerry and Meade Lexus. More

I had a wonderful experience last night at Meade. Johnnie had the car I requested to drive ready for me upon my arrival. We returned to the dealership and Johnnie picked out a different model for me to drive and I really enjoyed the second vehicle much better! Johnnie's customer service skills have always been stellar! He really makes his customers feel respected and special, which is very important to me. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from him and I ALWAYS refer anyone that I know is looking for a Lexus to him. I hope the management at Meade knows what a gem they have in Johnnie! More
