I rate my experience @ Mead Lexus as great because it always is! Actually, if you had a rating of "outstanding", I would have selected it. The main reason I enjoyed purchasing my new vehicle @ the Southfield location was due to my sales consultant, Dave Israilov, who worked hard to resolve my car issue. Dave is ultra professional, but at the same time is very friendly and down to earth. I really appreciate the way he takes the time to really understand what type of vehicle is best suited for me and my family. He does not rush his clients regarding making a decision, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the differences in the vehicles, which helped me to make a wise choice. I trust Dave to give me the "best deal" possible and it is what I have come to expect. He recently resolved my concern with my prior vehicle and I was very happy and excited to lease my new IS250-Sport. Dave gives his customers the service they deserve which is also second to none. I would highly recommend my family and friends to Dave to purchase a Lexus-which I know they will want to do after seeing my new IS250! More

I feel comfortable doing business with this dealership. I have confidence in the service dept. This is our second vehicle purchased here and our third Lexus. It was a pleasure going in for my 10,000 mile service with Adam Grace spearheading the work. He explained each detail of the work, he responded to my questions, I had never really heard of synthetic oil with Adam Grace spearheading the work. It made me prouder to be driving a Lexus, not only is it safe, it's clean for our environment, what a plus. Adam shared info regarding the various warranty packages, I was concerned so he shared. I was then referred to Anita Hernandez, where I entered her office totally unannounced and she indicated the various packages for the tires and for the vehicle that we are still eligible for. Several days later, my husband went to Anita, unannounced and she again, diligently shared with him what she had already told me (but I didn't quite have the ability to convey it as she had to me.) She is quite positive and very succinct in her explanations. Adam as well, good-looking and friendly and well-informed on all of the Lexus vehicles, what a combination. Same with Anita, good-looking, friendly, professional, well-informed on all financing. I forgot to mention that Anita totally guided me to Lexus Financial for some changes in my payment plans, she practically had to hold my hand for that, because of my inability to follow the computer format, wow. I am grateful. In this service visit, Nancy outshown herself. Not only did she make me comfortable, there were several other clients that experienced her warmth and kindness and she knows how to time it so that all of her responsibilities are dealt with. Although Tony was not my official service man for that day, we spoke about service-related issues, as always--totally informative. Johnnie Dinkins, you're quite a salesman, when you don't know you're being sold to. His suggestion of sharing Lexus information with my friends and family, was equally as comfortable. No pressure. Just well-informed talk about outstanding, top-of-the-line vehicles that make you feel so enriched...I believe you know by now, I have a great deal of pride in this ownership of the ES350. We purchased a Lexus seven years ago from Meade Lexus of Southfield. We have been so impressed with this dealership as they provide the best service we have ever had. We all hate to waist time sitting at a dealership when our car is being serviced, but since they are always willing and happy to provide you with a loaner, it makes the experience much more pleasant. We have a BMW, and I have to say that we get much better service at this Meade Lexus dealership than we have experienced with the BMW dealership. More

What set Karen and the staff apart from other dealerships though was how kind and accommodating they were in making the process of turning in our previous leases and picking up our new cars as effortless as possible. On top of that, Karen was just a great person who was willing to answer every question and fulfill ever request that we had while still getting us the deal we wanted.
