I received two recalls on my 2008 Lexus IS250 AWD. As usual, I scheduled an appointment for service with Dave. He promptly greeted me, explained the recalls and associated fixes, and had a loaner ready. usual, I scheduled an appointment for service with Dave. He promptly greeted me, explained the recalls and associated fixes, and had a loaner ready. I was in an out in a matter of a few minutes. Dave is truly customer focused and efficient. Later that day, Dave informed me that I would need to keep the loaner over the weekend since the engine would need to be rebuilt. The next week, he called to inform me that my car was ready. When I let him know I was working late that day, he was quick to let me know that the next morning would be just as fine. I pulled up in my loaner around 7:15am, and waited for the service bays to open. At 7:30am, the doors open and I was promptly escorted out of my car. Dave was waiting, and he had me out of there in a matter of minutes. My car was warming up behind the garage, and he walked me over to the front of the garage when my car arrived. Truly superb customer service experience. Thanks, Dave! More
