Once my puchased was finalized the dealership refused to fix an obvious problem that existed well before my purchase. To make matters worse, I had purchased the extended warranty that costs me over two gra fix an obvious problem that existed well before my purchase. Meade Lexus not only refused to fix my vehicle but I did not receive a return phone call or response to my letter to management/owner. My worst car puchase experience ever. I did however get relief from the Lexus of Ann Arbor dealership. They treated me like royalty and my next lexus purchase will definitely be in Ann Arbor. Two thumbs up to you guys in Ann Arbor. More
